Phonstop ceiling and wall panels offer excellent absorption
and high durability. Also, Phonstop does not shrink or expand under
wet conditions, making it ideal for applications
where humidity is a factor.
Phonstop panels are Class 1 fire-rated and available for adhesive
and drop-in ceiling applications. Both the adhesive and ceiling
grid Phonstop panels provide excellent sound absorption and
have Noise Reduction Coefficients (NRC) up to 0.90, depending
on installation.
Phonstop can be finished in a variety of different paints, or plastered
for a monolithic appearance. Panels for adhesive application come with
two edge options, one face with a 3/8" chamfer bevel, and one face with
a square edge. Phonstop is made of lightweight sintered glass which is
easy to cut and install.
